What Rauchfrei is
Rauchfrei is a counter and a short way through a craving. The app is not a medical device, does not diagnose anything, and does not replace a doctor or a cessation program. Milestones are general orientation.
Your data
You are responsible for what is on your phone. Losing the device without your own backup can erase the history.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app to present yourself as a doctor, a clinic, or another product.
Liability
The app is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Helping Heart LLC is not liable for decisions you make from the counter.
